Some people think smoking, overeating, and drinking too much help reduce stress. When under a lot of stress doing these things can become habit. Another cause is living alone. Keeping good eating habit and life-style is difficult at living alone because most people are easy with themselves. For that reason, some people begin smoking, drinking and a lot of eating out. An Apprehensive News

I found an apprehensive piece of news, regarding diabetes. According to a survey object of office workers with diabetes, most they could follow the directions and dosage of medicine prescribed by their doctor. However, half of they could not follow instructions about drinking, smoking, and meals. The reasons were personal problems, for example, troublesome, eating out too much and so on. I think that diabetes is a scary illness. I study about this illness in university class. The number of people who have diabetes has been increasing in Japan. It causes many complications, for example, arteriosclerosis, kidney trouble, liver disease, and so on. I think office workers are busy, so they can not follow instructions, but thinking about their health, they should improve their life-style. I think medicine is important to care for diabetes, but life-style is more important to it, because the cause of diabetes was life-style related disease.

My Favorite Kind of Music

My favorite kind of music is Japanese pop music. My favorite singer is “Superfly.” Her music is ethnic. Most of her songs are up tempo and spirited, so listening to her songs made me feel exhilarating. I often listen to music when I go to school by bus, so I want to listen to music that made me feel happy. I listen to music when I study, so I listen to non-drowsy music. One of my favorite songs is “Hi-Five.” It is fun so I often listen to it. When I listen to it I feel motivated. I listen to music because I want to feel happy and motivated, so I like music.
